How we connect to your tools
Tan Concierge connects to your Google Calendar (with your explicit consent) to read appointments your booking tool, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Acuity, Square, or Fresha, relays through Google. We use that data to populate your Today schedule, auto-create client records, and trigger timed aftercare and prep messages to your clients.
Tokens are stored encrypted in our Postgres database and deleted immediately when you click Disconnect in Settings or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
