With every automatic text turned on, one visit can send up to 7 texts: a prep check-in 2 hours before, aftercare an hour after, a next-day check-in, a photo reminder, a retail pick, a review request and, when she’s due, a rebook nudge. Most artists don’t turn on all seven. Automatic emails, like birthdays, win-backs and Glo Card reminders, usually run 1 or 2 per client a month.

Do I have to switch booking systems?

I'm not techy. Is this going to be a headache?
It shouldn't be. Most artists are set up in 10 to 20 minutes: connect your booking site, add your logo, and read through the pre-written messages. If you get stuck, email me and I'll help.
My booking system already sends reminders. What's different?
Keep those. Booking reminders are about the appointment itself. Tan Concierge covers everything before and after it: intake, prep check-ins, aftercare and rinse timers, review requests, Glo Card loyalty, retail picks and knowing who's due to come back.
Can I import my existing clients and formulas?
Yes. I personally help new members bring their client list over. Setup takes about 10 to 20 minutes, and new appointments from your booking site add clients on their own from then on.
What if my clients don't want another thing to sign up for?
They don't sign up for anything. There's no app to download and no password. She gets a text with a link to her own page, with your name and logo on it.
How do my clients get into Tan Concierge?
Connect your booking calendar and new appointments create client records on their own. Clients get a branded link, with no app to download and no password to remember.
What happens after the $1 month?
